Assessment Session

In order to provide a service proposal suited to the needs, a free onsite evaluation session will be performed. This is to make a preliminary diagnosis of the project and to identify the needs and the level of intervention required, taking into account such things as:

  • Management expectations;
  • Organization chart;
  • Project deliverables and objectives;
  • Project size and status;
  • Work performed;
  • Stakeholders involved;
  • Status of documentation;
  • Processes in place;

The assessment consists of a meeting with key staff and a quick review of available documentation.

Initiation

Collaboration is undoubtedly one of the keys to the success of any project. This is why I am offering to my clients tools to facilitate collaboration among team members according to specific needs of each project.

web2Project

Using a secure web-based infrastructure, web2Project is a multifunction collaborative platform allowing for centralized project management and information sharing among team members. It requires no special client installation.

mspReporting

mspReporting is a tool to generate web forms using data from a Microsoft Project schedule. It's a simple way to automate progress data collection from resources using, for example, a customized progress report or time sheet. Click on the image for a demo.


SR&ED

For projects potentially eligible for Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) Canadian and Quebec tax credits programs, I can provide counseling to facilitate the production of the required documentation and to increase the chance that the claim will be accepted:

  • Counseling on internal project documentation (log books and timesheets);
  • Structuring of activities and WBS to improve eligibility of work;
  • Coaching of people involved in SR&ED work;
